You don't post
a score.
Teams of four, straight scramble, eighteen holes. At the end you hand in one number: your Birdie Count. Highest count wins the day.
Scoring
Albatross
It'll almost never happen. When it does, it's legendary.
Eagle
Birdie
The whole point.
Par
Bogey or worse
One number, no matter how bad it gets.
Ties are broken by eagles, then by scorecard countback on the back nine.
The drinking mechanic
- Every birdie = minimum 2 shots of Birdie Juice, distributed however your team wants across the four players.
- Every eagle = 4 shots.
- Albatross = the whole team finishes a bottle on the tee box.
The strategic layer
Front-load shots onto your steadiest player so your best putter stays sharp for the back nine. Spread them evenly and grind. Or sacrifice one teammate who drinks heavy so the other three stay dialed.
There's a natural governor built in: the better you play, the drunker you get, which makes it harder to keep making birdies.
The Golden Birdie Hole
The highest stroke index hole on each nine is designated the Golden Birdie Hole and marked with a gold Birdie Juice flag on the tee box. Two per round. On those holes everything is doubled.

Optional add-ons
Host courses can switch any of these on. They keep casual teams in the game and get everyone to the property early.
Birdie Juice Bonus Hole
A designated par 3 where the tee shot closest to the pin earns an extra point. No birdie required.
Flock Bonus
Teams in full Birdie Juice merch earn 1 bonus point.
Chirpy's Challenge
A pre-round skills challenge on the range. Closest to the pin from 100 yards or longest putt holed earns 1 bonus point.
